He is USASF certified Levels 1–6 and has coached athletes across youth, middle school, high school, and all-star cheer programs, supporting both sideline and competition teams. Known for his precision-focused, high-energy coaching style, Seth emphasizes proper technique, safety, and consistency while helping athletes build confidence, discipline, and accountability. His leadership has established Black Vault Athletics as a trusted training partner focused on long-term athlete development, program growth, and lasting impact.

Austin plays a pivotal role in driving the vision and growth of Black Vault Athletics. As President, he oversees operations, strategy, and program development, ensuring that everything behind the scenes runs as smoothly and efficiently as the training on the floor. While his background isn’t in cheerleading or tumbling, Austin brings a wealth of organizational insight, leadership, and business acumen. His guidance allows the coaching staff to focus on what they do best—building athletes. With Austin’s leadership, Black Vault Athletics continues to grow, innovate, and deliver a professional experience for athletes, parents, and schools alike.

As Operations Manager, Miranda plays a key role in keeping Black Vault Athletics running smoothly. She oversees scheduling, communication, and organizational systems, making sure athletes, parents, and coaches have a seamless experience from start to finish. Her strong leadership and attention to detail free up the coaching staff to focus on training, while she ensures everything behind the scenes is handled with precision.
